Support Hub

Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Support Hub, the customer support platform at support.everon.tech ("Support Hub"), operated by Everon Technologies, LLC ("Everon", "we", "us"). By using Support Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Support Hub.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.

What Support Hub is

Support Hub is where you get help with the products and services of Everon's divisions and brands. You can open support tickets, message our support teams, chat with an AI assistant, complete forms and receive updates by email and, if you opt in, by text message.

Support Hub is a support channel only. The products you get support for are governed by their own agreements, plan documents and policies. Nothing in Support Hub changes the terms of those products, your benefits, your coverage or your contract with any Everon division. If something in a support conversation conflicts with your official documents, your official documents control.

Not for emergencies

Do not use Support Hub for medical or other emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Support Hub is not monitored around the clock, and responses can take time.

Eligibility, signing in and keeping access secure

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Support Hub.
  • You sign in to the support portal with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with a sign-in link in an email we send you.
  • Sign-in links give access to your tickets. Do not forward our emails or share sign-in codes or links with anyone else. If you think someone else has accessed your tickets, contact us right away.
  • Give us accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
  • Staff accounts are for authorized Everon personnel only. They are also subject to Everon's internal policies.

Acceptable use

When using Support Hub, you agree not to:

  • break any law or anyone else's rights;
  • harass, threaten or abuse our staff or anyone else;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are or who you act for;
  • upload malware or anything designed to disrupt or damage a system;
  • try to get around sign-in, rate limits or other security measures, or access tickets or data that are not yours;
  • scrape, crawl or extract data from Support Hub by automated means, except through an API we have given you access to;
  • overload Support Hub or interfere with how it works; or
  • use Support Hub to send spam or unrelated commercial messages.

We may limit how often you can sign in, open tickets or send messages so the service stays available for everyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, files and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You give Everon permission to store, copy, process, translate and display Your Content, and to share it as described in our Privacy Policy, so that we can provide and secure Support Hub and help you.

You are responsible for Your Content, and you confirm you have the right to share it with us. Please share only the information we need to help you, especially if it is sensitive or about someone else.

AI assistant and translations

Support Hub uses AI to answer questions in the chat assistant, to sort and prioritize tickets, and to translate messages.

  • AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information with a member of our support team or your official documents before you rely on it.
  • AI answers are not professional advice. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax or benefits advice.
  • Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors. If a translation differs from the original message, the original controls.

You can ask for your question to be handled by a member of our support team.

Email and text messages

We send emails needed to provide support, such as sign-in codes, ticket confirmations and reply notices. You can turn off ticket update emails for a division from the link in those emails or in the support portal.

If you opt in to text-message alerts, we will text you about your tickets. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Additional terms for text messages are shown when you opt in.

Third-party content and links

Support Hub may link to websites or content we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Our intellectual property

Support Hub, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to Everon or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except to use Support Hub as intended.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access to Support Hub if you break these Terms, if your use puts other people or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where appropriate, we will try to give you notice and still respond to open support requests through another channel.

Disclaimers

Support Hub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Everon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Support Hub will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any answer, including an AI answer, will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everon and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Support Hub, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Support Hub will not exceed US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everon and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Support Hub, your violation of these Terms or your violation of anyone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Everon Technologies, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and we will give you additional notice of material changes where the law requires it. If you keep using Support Hub after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or acquisition. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Everon about Support Hub.
